Why Use A Real Estate Coach?

So you just got your license and joined a brokerage, now what? While many brokerages offer mentor services, often that mentor is really just someone who you can ask questions when you have them, but doesn’t actually show you the ropes or teach you what to do. You’re often left to your own devices to figure it out for yourself. What are you supposed to do on a daily basis, how do you get clients, what to do when you have clients? These are all important things you need to know that most agents have to either learn for themselves or end up spends thousands of dollars trying to buy leads that generally don’t amount to much. That was the case for me when I first got licensed, just as it is for most agents when they first get started. It took me a while to figure it out, and I wasted a lot of money in the process, but in the end I gained a TON of knowledge.


From that experience, I learned what my real passions are, and it wasn’t selling real estate, it was helping people. While I loved helping my clients, I find that I love helping other new agents even more, helping them reach their goals and avoid having to waste their time and money. My passion and goal is to help other agents avoid having to go through it all alone the way I and many others did. There is such a high turn over rate for new agents who end up giving up their license and I believe a huge part of that has to do with the amount it costs to stay in the industry vs how much time and money new agents end up spending trying to figure it all out.
