Picking Your Niche

Once you have found the right brokerage, it's time to start thinking about your niche. To get started in real estate, having a niche is vital. Consider your passions, interests, and areas of expertise. This will help you build a personal brand and target a specific audience. For example, you may choose to specialize in luxury homes, first-time homebuyers, or investment properties. There are many different ways to market yourself and to be as effective as possible it’s best to choose just one strategy to be your main focus for at least 3 months at a time to get a good understanding of how well it works for you.
